Infrastructure Specialist

IT Infrastructure Specialist responsible for supporting, operating, and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure environment to ensure high availability, performance, security, and resilience of systems and services.

Requirements

• Support day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity
• Perform system administration tasks
• Support cloud infrastructure services and hybrid environments
• Support implementation of infrastructure security controls and access management
• Assist with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
• Execute infrastructure changes in accordance with approved change management procedures
• Maintain infrastructure documentation
• Ensure infrastructure operations adhere to internal IT policies, standards, and service management frameworks
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure support
• Support evaluation, testing, and implementation of new infrastructure technologies and tools
