Logistics Manager

We are Emma – The Sleep Company, a direct-to-consumer sleep brand, looking for a Logistics Manager to lead the performance and strategic development of external logistics partners and manage logistics vendors. As a key member of the international team, you will work cross-functionally to align logistics with business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations with strong exposure to carrier and 3PL management
• Strong understanding of logistics networks, trade-offs between cost, service, and scalability
• Comfortable managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance discussions with external partners
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority
• Analytical and structured, able to translate data into operational and strategic actions
