Job Description
Emma is seeking a Senior GEO Manager to lead the company's presence in AI-generated search results, build a structured GEO measurement framework, and develop content and entity strategies to increase visibility in AI-powered interfaces. The role will involve working cross-functionally with various teams, monitoring the competitive landscape, and partnering with external tools and vendors.
Requirements
- At least 5β10 years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing
- Demonstrated curiosity about and early hands-on exposure to generative AI and LLM-based search
- Strong analytical skills, ability to build frameworks from scratch and turn ambiguous signals into actionable conclusions
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with AI visibility or Share of Voice tools a bonus
