We are looking for a Senior Performance & Growth Manager for our Italy Ecommerce team to drive and steer the commercial performance of a key market for Emma, a leading direct-to-consumer sleep brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and steering commercial performance, owning and optimizing growth levers, defining and orchestrating the commercial calendar, and acting as the central coordination point for commercial topics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Pricing, RGM, Key Account Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
- Understanding of pricing, margin drivers, channel dynamics, and portfolio management deeply enough to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to navigate and align diverse stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams.
- Fluency in English.
