Job Description
The Director, Program Development will work collaboratively with physician leaders and administrative partners to develop and manage business plans that position Emory Healthcare's signature program in the service area and surrounding market.
Requirements
- Three-to-five years of experience in strategic program planning, business plan development, financial analysis, operations improvement, and team/project management.
- Proven experience in effectively collaborating among stakeholders and shared services departments across multiple sections and facilities and specialties.
- Ability to provide and represent accurate and timely projections, assessments, analysis, reports, plans, and solutions to leadership.
