Meetings and Events Project Manager responsible for managing global meetings, events, and congress participation for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring profitable, compliant, and client-expectation-meeting events.
Requirements
- Manage all venues and associated logistical arrangements
- Manage congress sponsorship activity on behalf of clients
- Manage and co-ordinate client requirements with suppliers
- Produce, manage and circulate communications
- Travel on-site for site inspections and event delivery
- Manage post event metric reporting
- Deliver first class customer service
- Plan, attend and implement client planning meetings
- Prepare and maintain event budgets
- Ensure financial tracking and compliance with company and client invoicing processes
- Maintain good long-term relationships with hotels, venues and suppliers
