Project Coordinator role supporting the planning and delivery of exhibitions and booth projects with a hybrid working opportunity in London, Manchester, or Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
Requirements
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and closing out Exhibit/Environment projects according to deadlines against budget.
- Budget Management: Assist in tracking budgets, client POs, and invoicing using company tools.
- Client and Stakeholder Support: Provide timely communication to Project Lead and across relevant delivery teams.
- Onsite Support: Travel globally, participating in on-site set-up, delivery, and breakdown.
