Job Description
Empatica is a digital healthcare company seeking a Pharma Partnerships Manager to manage relationships with pharma clients, establish clinical trial collaborations, and lead talks with hospital systems. The role involves scouting new opportunities, identifying and qualifying new customer partnerships, and coordinating with engineering and data science teams.
Requirements
- Some years of experience in a similar position
- Strong academic background (Masters degree) in medicine, technology, or biology
- Prior experience in the Medtech and Digital Health industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Firm sense of accountability and prioritization
- Pragmatic and execution mindset
- Proficiency in English
