Senior Product Manager

Empatica is a full-stack digital healthcare company that develops and markets medical-grade smartwatches, software, and physiological and behavioral digital biomarkers for continuous remote monitoring of human health across various conditions. The company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their team, responsible for setting product strategy, prioritizing features, and communicating product plans to various audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering complex software products at scale, in challenging fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: organized, clear, and concise (Fluency in spoken and written English is a must)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment of a truly full stack company.
• Thrive in uncertainty but you shield your team from it.
• Have a natural ability to make stuff happen around you, being able to lead without authority.
• Manage chaos, ambiguity and complexity in a detailed and organized way creating models and principles that your team can follow.
