Job Description
JBS is seeking an hourly Maintenance Clerk 1st Shift Team Member to perform various tasks related to maintenance, inventory management, and quality control in a food processing environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to speak, read, and write English Language
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays if needed
- Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work in cooperation with others
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
- Change agent skills must motivate and inspire others to see the company mission and vision
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization, from the floor to the executive leadership team
