Job Description
Maintains daily maintenance duties, including analyzing work requests, developing work plans, prioritizing tasks, estimating costs, and scheduling jobs. Manages preventative maintenance programs, tracks metrics, and replenishes parts inventory. Assists with planning/scheduling major plant turn-arounds and projects. Assumes other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to speak, read, and write English Language
- Strong computer skills - maintenance and inventory software and Microsoft products
- Ability to use Enterprise Software for planning and purchasing, SAP preferable
- Maintenance background preferred
- Ability to complete root cause analysis failure reports
- Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work in cooperation with others
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills
