Job Description
We're looking for a Bilingual Field Recruiter to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Recruiter, you'll use your creative thinking and people skills to find great candidates for our opportunities and build a pipeline of people to impact order fulfillment. You'll work with your team to brainstorm new ways to attract candidates and apply your marketing skills to our postings and social media sites.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
- Ability to manage 40+customers on a daily basis
- Experience with VMS systems a plus!
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
- Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
