Job Description
The Bilingual Staffing Assistant is responsible for performing administrative duties to support the branch in their daily work execution, greeting walk-ins, receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls, and coordinating documents and payroll records.
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a busy office environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to react appropriately in stressful situations.
- Ability to switch tasks throughout the day, prioritize and manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.
