Job Description
We are seeking a motivation driven Staff Performance Coordinator to join our ProLogistix team. The role involves handling employee issues, coordinating resolution, and ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations. Additionally, the staff performance coordinator will participate in client meetings, conduct onboarding and safety procedures, and track attendance and compliance.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
- Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication
- Data management experience
- HR experience is preferred
- Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
