Benefit Counselor/Enroller (UNIONS) - Per diem, Memphis, TN

The Benefit Counselor will educate union members about voluntary benefit plans, communicate available programs, and assist with enrollment through various platforms. The role offers a flexible schedule, paid travel, training, and a competitive per-day contract rate. This position focuses on customer service and accurate data entry.

Requirements

• Actively participate in case, enrollment, product, and systems training.
• Enroll members in elected programs through web sites and electronic enrollment systems.
• Accurately and thoroughly complete and submit all applications in compliance with data entry and data privacy policies.
• Conduct business according to highest possible standards and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat, databases, and web-based contact management systems.
