Benefit Enroller/Counselor - Per Diem - California - Oakland Area

The Benefit Counselor at this per diem position will build relationships with union members, communicate benefit plans, enroll them in elections, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Training and travel are provided during training periods. Opportunities exist in various cities across California.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Active state life and health insurance license(s) required
• Computer skills (data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, web-based enrollment systems)
• Reliability, professionalism, friendliness, attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and solve problems
