Job Description
The Procurement Coordinator supports the sales and procurement process, handling RFQs, supplier evaluations, and order tracking. This role involves ensuring compliance with ITAR, NIST Cybersecurity, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to quality control. The position collaborates with internal teams to deliver materials on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
