Job Description
Lantern is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator to support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud. This role will drive major projects, enhance integrations, and ensure data integrity and automation to improve network productivity.
Requirements
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years' experience
- 2+ years' experience with Data Cloud
- Hands-on expertise in advanced automation and process design (Flows & Apex)
- Ability to create clear, effective documentation of business processes
- Strong governance mindset with deep knowledge of data modeling and integrations
- Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Consultant certification strongly preferred
- Experience in medical or insurance-related industries with robust HIPAA compliance standards strongly preferred
