Employment Specialist

At employU, our culture is EPIC. We're looking for an Employment Specialist to create and implement plans for customers to find employment that fits their job goals, interests, and is a reasonable distance from their home. This role involves supervising Job Coaches, searching for OJT opportunities, assisting customers with applications and assessments, and maintaining regular communication with Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors.

Requirements

• High School diploma required; some college including a degree in any field preferred.
• No experience necessary; experience working with individuals with a disability and/or prior counseling, job placement, job coaching or working within public vocational rehabilitation programs is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Adobe and web-based database systems; CRM experience preferred.
