Job Description
Join Our Team! We are seeking a Job Coach of Vocational Services to provide onsite job coaching to youth and adult clients with disabilities. Requirements
- Assist clients during employment assignments to improve soft skills and build vocational skills
- Create accommodations for clients to ensure employment success
- Work with supervisors at partner job sites to ensure any issues are addressed as quickly as possible
- Ensure good communication with clients, families, and Vocational Rehabilitation
