Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior Software Engineer is a seasoned professional responsible for implementing complex software systems, leading development projects, and providing technical expertise. They are key contributors to the architecture and innovation of software products.

What You Will Do

Lead the design and development of significant software features or projects, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, investigate and resolve complex technical issues, and contribute to the improvement of development processes and software architecture.

6+ years of experience in backend technologies, leadership, communication, and influencing skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of professional experience and/or training.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend technologies: Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch)
• Experience in working in a full stack environment with a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Experienced in writing unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics
• Effective leadership, communication and influencing skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and/or training
