Workday Developer

Role Overview

The Workday Developer supports the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and third-party systems. This role contributes to integration initiatives across the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design support, development, testing, and deployment.

What You Will Do

Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements for Workday integrations, support development of integrations using Workday tools, participate in integration lifecycle activities, and monitor integration runs.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience with Workday integrations including EIB, Core Connectors, and/or Studio, or equivalent work experience
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Workday business objects, business processes, and web services and ability to follow and understand end-to-end data flow across systems, with guidance
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and Workday Web Services (WWS)
• Exposure to REST and/or SOAP-based APIs
• Foundational understanding of one or more Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting)
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues with guidance
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members
