Primary Care Provider (Physician Assistant)

The Primary Care Provider (Physician Assistant) role is responsible for providing primary care services to patients, including conducting health histories, physical exams, and diagnosing and treating illnesses. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physician's Assistant and a graduate degree from an accredited program. The compensation package includes up to $10,000 relocation assistance, a competitive annual base salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current license to practice as a Physician's Assistant
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Physician's Assistant
• Background in mental health and addiction medicine
• Demonstrated skills in primary care medicine
