EMR is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive performance across operational, commercial, and logistics functions in the South East of the UK. The successful candidate will provide insight, challenge, and commercial guidance to support decision-making and improve business performance.

Requirements

• Act as a trusted partner to operational, commercial, and logistics teams
• Use data and financial insight to challenge performance, identify opportunities, and support better decision-making
• Take ownership of key reporting and analysis
• Proactively approach continuous improvement using analysis and insight to recommend and implement changes
