We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Research Nurse to join the BEST4 team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinics on the BEST4 mobile unit, promoting a welcoming environment for participants, and working closely with established clinical teams and researchers to facilitate recruitment and data entry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a pioneering research project into the early detection of Oesophageal Cancer.
Requirements
- Registered nurse (NMC Registration)
- Continued CPD
- Previous research experience or Upper GI experience
- Significant post-registration clinical experience
- Experience in performing nurse-led clinics
- A good understanding of clinical research
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and methodically with excellent attention to detail
- A team player, whilst possessing ability to work independently and on their own initiative
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Excellent IT knowledge / skills and proficient in MS Office Software
- Full, Clean UK Driving Licence
- Willing to travel and complete overnight stays as required
