The position involves strategy, organization, and performance of the Customer Care department, leadership and development of a high-performance team, and ensuring efficient processes.

Requirements

• Fundamental experience in the Call Center / Customer Service / Complaint Management
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Outstanding social competence and high service and cooperation mentality
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
