Job Description
Field Service Engineer II provides on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on various equipment, including laboratory instrumentation, medical devices, and power distribution equipment. The role requires excellent communication and technical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality practices.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4-8 years’ technical experience
- Valid driver license and liability insurance
- Ability to drive personal, fleet and/or rental vehicles
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, safety manuals, service manuals, policies and procedures
- Proficient in the use field service tools and equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and plan activities, uses time efficiently, and develops realistic action plans
