Job Description
Under the direction of NRA Section Head, the incumbent will perform duties such as ensuring tickets are resolved in fulfilment of applicable Service Level Agreements, performing data quality and integrity, and automating configuration data for NATO, partners and Federation Mission Network affiliates.
Requirements
- Ensure tickets are resolved in fulfilment of applicable Service Level Agreements
- Perform data quality and integrity
- Automate configuration data for NATO, partners and Federation Mission Network affiliates
- Assign and register addressing and enterprise names to infrastructure designs
- Assist project teams in integrating names and addresses of configuration items into NRA repositories
- Perform other duties as may be required.
