Gas Distribution Dispatcher I

The Dispatcher I plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient coordination of field operations by managing the assignment and distribution of work orders. This role is responsible for dispatching both company-initiated and customer-generated requests, including high-priority emergency situations.

Requirements

• Respond to and process emergency calls from 911 and Enbridge customers
• Coordinate communication between customers, field teams, and internal departments
• Prepare and manage daily workload distribution
