Job Description
Physical Therapist provides therapy services to patients in a home health environment by assessing patient needs and generating treatment programs with established goals. Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice. Communicates in a positive, clear, professional manner with patients, families and other healthcare team members, especially when providing education.
Requirements
- Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations.
- Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
