Forward Deployed Engineer

We're building the AI infrastructure of the future and are looking for an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer to join our product engineering team. As an FDE, you will own the deployment of the Encord platform in our most strategic and advanced use-cases and have an outsized impact shaping a critical function for Encord and our customers.

Requirements

• - 3-8 years of experience in a client-facing role in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
• - Great communication skills and ability to build customer relationships and solve customer problems.
• - Ability to handle in-the-weeds product configuration queries and communicate to executives about a project plan.
• - Highly organized and great at managing time across many competing priorities.
• - Ambitious and care lots about career, with a desire to rise faster than in a 'normal' career.
