Job Description
We're looking for a Human Data Operations Strategist to manage and optimize data annotation and machine learning workflows for our clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in project management, data operations, and/or AI-related workflows, and is proficient in scripting languages like Python, SQL, or familiarity with relational databases and data annotation tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting firms and/or best-in-class AI companies
- Strong experience in project management, data operations, and/or AI-related workflows
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, SQL, or familiarity with relational databases and data annotation tools
- Analytical mindset and entrepreneurial approach to managing projects
- Passion for AI and machine learning, with experience in computer vision or generative AI being a strong plus
- Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear action plans
