Job Description
The DSC Vendor Specialist is responsible for assisting the team and 100+ Debt Settlement Companies (DSC's) in managing daily operations, creating relationships, and providing customer service. The role requires conducting audits of processes, supporting team members, and addressing system and hardware issues. The position includes answering phone calls, monitoring automated and manual processes, and ensuring adherence to 24-hour SLA for responding to requests.
Requirements

- Respond to requests for account information
- Update accounts

- Monitor automated and manual processes
- Investigate and solve issues
- Communicate updates to DSC's
- Address account issues
- Provide remediation requirements
- Address system and hardware issues through ticketing system for Vendor Specialist and DSC
- Auditing of certain processes
- Support team members to ensure department meets SLA requirements
- Provide the best possible customer service to the DSC
