Job Description
The Electrical Foreman supervises Apprentices and Journeymen, taking ultimate accountability for project or subset of project. The Electrical Foreman directs the tasks of Journeymen and Apprentice electricians and participates in electrical construction and service work. The role requires leadership, process improvement, risk management, customer service, and general skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Four years of apprenticeship training or three years of apprenticeship training with a two-year degree from technical college
- One year of experience as a leadman and a Journeyman Wireman's license from the State of Wyoming
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Completion of Leadership Level I Leadership (Supervision)
