Job Description
The HRIS Analyst performs a variety of professional administrative tasks and organizes information with Encore Electricâs HRIS (UKG) to support the Human Resources Business Partner team. The role includes responsibilities across multiple facets of HR, including operations, process management, data analytics and reporting.
Requirements
- at least two years experience in Human Resources
- a bachelorâs degree in Human Resources or other related degree
- experience in UKG strongly preferred
- data management and analytics experience is a must
