Superintendent

We are seeking a Superintendent to join our team at Encore Electric, Inc. as a licensed Colorado Electrical Contractor. The successful candidate will supervise Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices, taking ultimate accountability for project or subset of project. The role requires a Journeyman Electrician's License or Master Electrician's for the State of Colorado, plus ten years of progressive experience, with six of those years acting as a Foreman.

Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician's License or Master Electrician's for the State of Colorado
• Ten years of progressive experience, with six of those years acting as a Foreman
• Strong resume of past successful projects and good rapport with customers
• Ability to reciprocate license into Wyoming
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Completion of Level I (Supervision) and Level II (Management) class
