Job Description
The AV Operations Manager will play a key role in the planning, preparation, and delivery of events in some of the best venues and hotels in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer expectations are fulfilled, up-selling services, and building long-term customer loyalty.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong AV / live events experience
- Previous experience within the Service and Hospitality industry
- Previous experience of audio visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment
