Requirements

• Proven experience in audio, lighting, and video system setups for live events
• Strong technical expertise in Barco PDS and S3 switching systems, Yamaha QL and CL audio consoles, GrandMA lighting control systems
• Hybrid & Virtual event delivery experience
• Camera operation skills (desirable)
• Familiarity with scenic setups: drapes, stage skirts, truss borders
• Ability to lead crews and mentor junior technicians
• Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, and calm under pressure
