Job Description
The Mgr, Employee Relations, oversees complex employee relations matters and provides direct leadership to assigned ER Specialists. The position is responsible for managing a caseload, ensuring consistency in case handling, and contributing to process improvements and team engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations or related HR roles
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance
- Advanced skills in case management systems, data analysis, and reporting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
