Job Description
This position is responsible for the setup and operation of basic/audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Key job responsibilities include equipment operation, customer service, technical ability, and systems knowledge.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's degree is preferred
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
- 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred
