Job Description
Encorus Group is seeking a full-time Drafter I to join their team, supporting engineering and design staff in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a related field and/or a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in at least one CAD platform (AutoCAD, Revit, or Inventor required; Revit and/or Inventor strongly preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an integrated project team
