The Property Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and service delivery across a portfolio of properties, ensuring a positive experience for colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance frameworks
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Financial awareness and budget management capability
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously
- Proven experience in facilities management, property management, or a similar role
- Experience supervising teams and managing contractors
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) preferred
- Technical background (engineering, building services, or similar) is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities management practices
