Job Description
Join our team of dynamic, supportive, and passionate Counselors at Endeavor. We are looking for full-time counselors to join our team at the 150 Mt Hope Clinic, specializing in forensic treatment of adults involved in the criminal justice system.
Requirements
- Provide individual and group therapy utilizing a range of evidence-based practices and curriculum
- Assess risk and needs utilizing a comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessment and developing treatment goals
- Demonstrate strong clinical decision making and judgment skills while independently managing an integrated caseload of people pursuing forensic, mental health, and substance use goals
