Job Description
Columbia Academy at Maple Lawn seeks an Assistant School Leader to assist the School Leader in day-to-day operations, demonstrate leadership skills, and build a healthy school community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related Field, AA or CDA considered
- MSDE Certifications in at least 1 domain
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of education serving a student population and school community of comparable scope
- Prior staff supervisory/training experience preferred
- Experience with revenue generation, budgets and financial accountability is a plus
- Proficiency with technology and software applications including current version of MS Office
