Endeavor Schools is seeking a Facilities Service Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to the Senior Director and Director of Facilities. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in facilities administration or a related role and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in facilities administration, operations coordination, or a related role
- Experience with facilities management or work order platforms; familiarity with ServiceChannel is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across school teams, vendors, and internal departments
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to review and process vendor invoices accurately
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology platforms; experience with work order management systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote or hybrid capacity while supporting multiple school locations
- Experience in multi-site education, property management, or related service industries is preferred
