Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related major preferred but not required
- 45 hours Growth and Development and 45 hours Preschool Methods
- 1 year or more experience with this age group in a licensed center
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
