As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in our educational programs during the absence of regular teachers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Experience working with Pre K through 8th gr
- Thorough understanding of pedagogy and best practices in education
- Strong supervisory, leadership, and classroom management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations
- Proven ability to take initiative to better support student learning/growth
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
