Area Manager

As an Area Manager, you will lead and inspire a diverse team of individuals to deliver upon all elements of the BWS strategy. You will work closely with the State Manager and your peers to deliver great outcomes and results for our customers and the business, through our people.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large teams across multiple sites
• Leadership Development: Track record of building high performing teams and developing the capability of team members
• Strategic Mindset: Big-picture thinking, innovation and passion combined with transformational leadership abilities
• Navigating Complexity: Experience navigating complex licensing or regulatory landscapes is highly regarded
• Change Management: The ability to guide and inspire your team through evolving business landscapes
• People First: A customer and team-focused approach with the flexibility to travel across your region as required
