The Director, Clinical Placement Office in the School of Nursing, reporting to the Dean, provides strategic leadership for the Clinical Placement Office (CPO) within the Cummings School of Nursing and Health Sciences. The CPO is responsible for securing, coordinating, and maintaining all clinical and internship placements across nursing programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree in Nursing or a closely related field preferred
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts, or eligibility for Massachusetts licensure
- Prior clinical teaching experience in a baccalaureate nursing program or hospital-based setting preferred
- Minimum of two years of clinical practice experience as a registered nurse
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage, support, and teach college-age learners
- Strong commitment to a student-centered academic environment and inclusive educational practices
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively across the School of Nursing and the broader Endicott community
- Proven ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Forms, Docs, Drive, Sheets, and Gmail
