Job Description
We are EnduroSat, a fast-growing space scale-up specializing in advanced software-flexible satellites for commercial, governmental, and scientific endeavors. This is a mission-driven role for a highly skilled Contracts Manager to lead complex contractual relationships and drive contracts to successful completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in contracts management, with a minimum of 3 years focused on aerospace, space, or defense contracting
- Deep familiarity with FAR/DFARS, agency-specific procurement frameworks (NASA, DoD, AFRL, DARPA), and commercial contracting in the space domain
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex, high-value contracts
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experienced with ITAR/EAR export compliance regulations
